Breakfast of Champs

This has quickly become my favorite "meal" in the morning. I've never really been a breakfast-type gal, but this is perfect since everyone should have something to start their day off with.

Pictured is my ProFIT shake made with Greens (I make this optional at times), and two of my favorite supplements - Thermofit and the new It's Vitals. Can't wait for my Omega-3 to arrive, and begin taking those, too!

Mocha Hazelnut Shake Recipe

  • 8 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla ProFIT
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tbs. Jif Mocha Cappuccino Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 cup of Ice 
Mix in a blender well, and ENJOY!!
